8th BIENNIAL GLOBAL CONFERENCE 2012

WMC Global Conference, held every two years, is the venue for members from all over the world to gather to meet old friends and establish new connections, scrutinize and evaluate WMC activities, develop a plan of action for the future, and elect the global officials for the next two years. Six global conferences were held after the first convention in New Jersey - in Germany, Dallas (US), Kochi (twice), Singapore and Bahrain.

WMC Dallas Province, in partnership ship other Provinces in America Region is making elaborate preparations to host the Eighth Global Conference in Dallas, Texas in May 2012. Dallas, with a heavy concentration of Malayalees and ample conference facilities, is an ideal location for such a gigantic global gathering. The conference committee expects a large turn out and assures a warm, traditional and homely welcome to all participants. Every effort is being made to ensure a meaningful event that will be etched in the memory of the delegates for years to come.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Discuss with your Province and then fill up the registration.
2. Pay registration fee either by online OR by cashier check payable to “World Malayalee Council”. Mail the registration form and the cashier check to: P.O Box 496841, Garland, TX 75049, USA.
3. If registration fee is made online please scan the completed registration form and email to: wmc2012online@gmail.com
4. Invitation letter for visa and supporting documents about the conference will be provided by February 15th. Please allow 30 days after receipt of payment to process the invitation letter for visa.
